WIKIPIXEL’S COMMISSION TOS 2025By purchasing any art from me, you automatically agree to my TERMS. Please read these carefully and thoroughly as I have the right to deny your commission if it doesn’t line up with my TOS. My terms can change at any time. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask/message me!I DO NOT ACCEPT CLIENTS THAT WORK ON, BUY, OR SELL NFTS OR ANYTHING CRYPTO RELATED! AI CONTENT IS ALSO PROHIBITED! IT WILL BE AN IMMEDIATE DECLINE!MY HEALTH ISSUE THAT CAN AFFECT MY WORK FLOW:★ As of May 10th, 2024, I had a spinal fusion surgery. This can and will cause delays on my end due to chronic pain. Please understand that this will be my major cause in slowness on my behalf as this surgery has disabled me. ★ With my current mental/physcial state, I deal with periods of poor sleep cycles and many other mental health issues/disorders.I have the right to decline your commission for any reason and most importantly if it doesn’t follow my terms. I still own all the rights to my work meaning I will use them for self-promotion and upload it to any of my social media/s and galleries. I do not do private commissions. Your commissions may be posted, this is how others can see my artwork and what I do. However, if your commission needs to be kept private for exclusive reasons (Ex. gift and or other personal reasons.) then I will do that. You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (icons, wallpapers/backgrounds, avatars, profile pictures, upload it to your personal galleries, and etc. with proper credit given. Discussion on usage for commercial use is possible. I still retain the rights to my work, so extra fees will be added depending on the type of commercial use you're requesting usage for. ━ WHAT I CAN DO/WILL DO:OCs and fanart Humans Anthros Non-complicated weapons Simple machinery Simple mechWHAT I WILL NOT DO: Explicit nudity or anything sexual (NSFW) Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc. (basically nothing gross or dehumanizing) Fetishes Extreme gore/gore in general Very complex machinery Very complex mech I will not copy another artist’s style Complex backgrounds, environments, and scenery. (In general, I won't draw anything that I'm uncomfortable with, so you can always ask if you're not sure about something) ━ HOW TO COMMISSIONS ME: I usually make a post saying “commissions open” or I’ll have it on my social media/s. It’s pretty simple, Just shoot me a DM if i'm accepting them and I’ll get back to you ASAP! After I receive your message, I'll ask for a character reference and what kind of commission you want unless you want something different from my commissions listed (you need to ask me beforehand if I can do said thing you’re wanting that’s different from my commissions listed). Once I’ve agreed on your idea, I'll forward an invoice. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT BELOW. ━ PAYMENT PROCESS: Payments are done through PayPal. Payment is paid upfront first before I start working on your commission. I send a PayPal invoices. I should have your commission done sometime after the wip/sketch within 2-3 weeks to a few months after the wip/sketch depending on my queue, type of commission, contact with the commissioner, and life. I cannot guarantee that your commission will be finished on a specific deadline. However, If you need a piece from me that is needed before a certain time, please do it way in advance (months or years). You are not allowed to change what you want your commission to be after approving the initial rough sketch and sending payment. Edits that are needed will be done with a small or large fee depending on what it is that needs changed. However, if I forget or make a mistake on the design or coloring of your character/s, that will be free due to that being a fault on my behalf. ━ WHAT I CAN WORK WITH: I do have trouble understanding what someone wants or what they are trying to describe in words, so please be patient with me or keep it simple for my sake. I can work with written descriptions, but please have a reference sheet or image/s of the character/s PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME NSFW REF-SHEETS. It will make my job so much easier to have images of reference so I can get your character on point. Even having references of clothing, poses, etc. help out a ton too. If you don’t specify anything you want in your commission, I will assume I have artist freedom meaning I'll do whatever. ━ EDITED: 3/24/2025
